It looks like the Big Run Loop Trail marker, beyond which is a small peak that I don't know the name of, then Eppert Hollow between it and Patterson Ridge. Then I think I see a little of Rocky Mountain's lower ridge on the right, behind which is Brown Mountain. Way back on the left is Rockytop, and between Rockytop and Brown is the gap where Big Run flows out of the park, under 340, and into the South Fork of the Shenandoah River. I think I can barely discern Massanutten Mtn. through the haze.
